This advanced course teaches you to articulate a compelling and rational case for the existence of God, whilst intelligently and compassionately deconstructing atheism. The course addresses academic and popular objections while showing how contemporary atheism is based on false assumptions about reality, which leads to incoherent answers to life’s important questions.

This advanced level course teaches you how to articulate a compelling and rational case for why the Qur'an is the word of God. The course provides evidence for the inimitability and timeless nature of the Qur'an. This course deconstructs the so-called 'scientific miracles' claim and provides coherent approach that highlights the Qur'an is is multilayered and multileveled.

The course critically analyses the life, teachings and actions of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and delves into the myriad of evidences that support his claim to prophethood.

  • Why Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was not a liar nor deluded, and that he was speaking the truth
  • His character, teachings and timeless impact
  • His prophecies
  • The authenticity and robustness of the historical accounts that detail his life

This advanced course, explores the philosophy and limitations of science and the scientific method, whilst also addressing how Islam encourages scientific inquiry, that evolution is not a problem for Muslims, and how the key assumptions of science require God’s existence.

The course will cover:

  • Scientific realism, anti-realism and instrumentalism
  • The problem of induction
  • The scope and limitations of science
  • Islam, religion and science
  • Islam and the history of science
  • Philosophical and methodological naturalism
  • The philosophy of biology, Islam and Darwinism

This is an advanced course that explores and demystifies the life, teachings, personality, and mission of Jesus (peace be upon him). It seeks to highlight commonalities between Christianity and Islam, but also expands upon the differences. This course will teach you how to articulate to the incoherence of the blood sacrifice, the atonement and the trinity, as well as bringing to light the issues surrounding the textual integrity of the Bible.

The course will cover:

  • The Muslim Jesus
  • The the problems with the atonement and blood sacrifice
  • The maximal perfection of God
  • The incoherence of the trinity
  • The historical corruption of the Bible
  • God, love and spirituality
  • A common word, interfaith and ethics

This course explores the idea of otherisation and dehumanisation, and how Islam addresses these ideological and social ills by encouraging empathy, compassion and forbearance.
